Oregon Diver was founded in 1998 by Dave Crager and Brian Neely. 

Dave was certified thru PADI by The Divers Den here in Roseburg and has logged most of his time here in Oregon. Dave has gone on to earn his NITROX rating and has moved into technical diving.

Brian was certified in 1983 thru SSI by Pacific SCUBA, right here in Roseburg and has logged several hundred dives in his 20+ years of diving, including Molokai Hawaii, and the South China Sea. 

Brian has earned his Instructors rating, Specialty Instructors rating and Nitrox Instructors rating. In 2004 Brian was selected as a Professional Dive Instructors Corporation Instructor Trainer. Brian’s students have gone on to experience some of the worlds most beautiful dives; including, Belize, Tahiti, and the Bahamas. Brian's main emphasis however, is a complete training program from PDIC to prepare Oregon Divers.

In 2000 Oregon Diver was given use of the Pitzer St. club house. The club house served us well until our numbers and needs grew beyond the house. Oregon Diver then moved to 2896 Diamond Lake Blvd. Oregon Diver paired with the Roseburg Asian Store from 2002 until 2006.

Now Oregon Diver is located at 228 NE Ward St. in Roseburg.
